At 8 pm, traffic was not moving at any level - maybe one car a minute was leaving garage. During that wait - cars were still being allowed to ENTER the garage, new cars could make their way to the top level!!!! Went to mall for hour, came back. After moving 30 feet from our parking spot in 1.5 hours because traffic could not move, we re-parked our car. Starting at 5:30 pm last night - we STARTED to try to get off the 7th floor of the Maryland Live Casino parking garage.
